Starting June 10th 2014 and up to mid-September 2014, Shangri-La Hotel Paris will open its new summer terrace, La 8 Iéna. It is located inside the hotel courtyard and directly reachable from the Iéna avenue.
A special menu prepared by Shangri-La Paris Executive Chef Philippe Labbé should meet all expectations with light meals and spring salads with Asian flavors. A special burger, including duck and edible crab, will also be available.
Gourmets will also enjoy the desserts prepared by Pastry Chef François Perret such as the strawberries salad with fresh mint jelly. An ice cream cart with fresh fruits, chocolate sauce and Chantilly will also be offered to the guests. Here are the homemade ice cream flavors : vanilla, chocolate, strawberries, lemon, mango and almond.
The 8 Iéna will be open from 12h30 to 22h30 every day during summer.
