We had the opportunity to enjoy it during a recent stay at the Tiara Mont Royal.

The feast is delivered in the historical Opera restaurant with its beautiful theater-like decoration made of Versailles parquet flooring, period moldings, frescoes and crystal chandeliers. The forest surrounding the castle appears through the wide windows. Here is the charming setting for a Sunday meeting in a chic and friendly atmosphere.

The Sunday brunch at the Tiara Mont Royal Chantilly is certainly one of the most generous buffets we’ve ever tried. Epicureans and lavish gourmets will be happy with this abundance of flavors. All the talent of the Chef Franck Charpentier and his kitchen brigade is highlighted for the pleasure of eyes and taste buds.

To begin this festive meal, you will find in the starter buffet some sea foods such as oysters, lobsters or smoked salmon, foie gras and a multitude of little jewels presented in verrines or refined and creative mignardises.

To continue, each of the guests can select themselves among the different hot meals like meats and fishes. This Sunday, some mini cheeseburgers were available in the large set of meals available. As delightful as surprising!

A little advice, make sure to keep some room for the dessert. Between the cave-aged cheeses and fresh fruits, a blur glass verrines and mignardises will increase your greed. Once again, there is something for every taste. Those homemade creations would leave you aware of the dexterity and the know how of the kitchens brigade. panna cotta, macaroons, fine tarts, delicately perfumed pastries, operas, cream puffs and so many proudly compose the desserts buffet.

As you would have guessed, we loved the Tiara Mont Royal brunch both for the sumptuous place that we especially appreciate and the meals. A proof that quantity can comes with quality. We highly recommend it to those looking to escape from Paris for a Sunday (or more).
