The Wynn Las Vegas is located on the right side of the Las Vegas Strip Boulevard. It is facing the Treasure Island hotel, the Venetian and its sister property, Encore. It was opened in 2005 and has the name of its owner and originator, Steve Wynn. Steve Wynn is usually seen as the father of the modern Las Vegas.

The Wynn Las Vegas hotel has 50 floors. The numbering goes higher but the floors numbers 13th and between 40 and 49 have never been used because they are related to bad luck in some cultures and bad luck is never good in a high place for gambling.

Three types of accommodations are available at the Wynn : the regular guest rooms, the Tower Suites and the Villas. The Tower Suites have a separate entrance, separate swimming pool, dedicated front desk, elevators and corridors. It is like a separate hotel inside the Wynn resort with extra services. This is where all the suites are located. The Villas offer extra space and balconies. Overall there are 2.716 guest rooms and suites at the Wynn Las Vegas. They feature bright colors decoration and modern touches of technology such as remotely controlled curtain opening.
Parlor Suite
The Wynn has all you need to entertain or take some rest. The casino is 10,300 sqm (111,000 sqft) large. It is one of the most beautiful in Las Vegas. Also a lot of luxury stores such as Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Piaget, Chopard and Rolex are available in the resort mall. The Wynn casino is the first one to include a car dealership (Ferrari – Maserati). Multiple nightclubs and lounges such as the Tryst are located inside the Wynn property.
The 18 holes Wynn golf course designed by Steve Wynn and Tom Fazio is only available in the Las Vegas Strip. Several outdoor swimming pools are available at the Wynn with cabanas. Spa and fitness center are also there.
