As we have been staying at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, we couldn’t miss this opportunity to enjoy this award winning spa, famous in all Middle East for its refinement and level of service.

While staying at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, you benefit from a complimentary access to all the spa services. Only the spa treatments require an additional payment. Also, guests not staying at the hotel can order day pass.

There is a spa area for ladies and one for gentlemen. The spa services offered in each area are similar : Turkish hammam, sauna, steam room, sensory shower, relaxation lounge, snow room, indoor salt water pool, jacuzzi, outdoor cabanas and a lot of treatment rooms.

What really amazed me are the overall decoration and the end to end spa experience. Here, everything has been set to make you feel fully relaxed. The spa atmosphere is really peaceful and never really crowded. The staff is discrete and friendly. Then, there are multiple areas so you’ll usually find yourself being alone in one.

The swimming pool and the jacuzzi decoration are incredible, a complete change of scenery. Then I saw there something I hadn’t seen anywhere else and I wasn’t really expecting in a warm place like Dubai : a snow room! Yes a room filled with snow, to cool you as if you were in the North of Europe, when you get out of the sauna. Crazy, isn’t it?

Every area of the spa is very clean. The locker room, made of wood, is really nice and well equipped, no need to bring your necessary toiletries. Everything is available there from the shampoo to the brush.

There are two small shops inside the spa where you can buy beauty products.

About the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Located on the West Crescent of The Palm in Dubai, the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxury expression of the Ottoman architecture and tradition. From the restaurants to the suites, the spa to the beach, it is all about luxury and exclusivity.

Anybody coming there will experience a complete change of scenery while it crosses the majestic doors of the hotel. Exceptional care has been brought to all the details of the decoration. As you’ll see, a lot of gold leaf has been used to make it shine like a true Ottoman palace.

Beside the Talise Ottoman Spa, the Zabeel Saray includes several restaurants and bars with spectacular settings. Lalezar, the Turkish restaurant, is certainly the best for us. Then, the decoration of the Imperium (French brasserie) with crystal chandeliers and gilded columns is nice to see.

The guest rooms offer a view on the Dubai Marina skyline on one side and the Palm on the other side. They feature a large Turkish bath in every bathroom where you’ll enjoy relaxing.
