During our stay at the Tiara Miramar Beach & Spa hotel in Théoule-sur-Mer, we have experienced the Sothys spa. It was the unique opportunity to rediscover the Sothys brand and to spend some time in this jewel that the Tiara Miramar spa represents on the Gold Cornice next to Cannes. The spa refinement can be felt upon arrival in the place with the walls, covered with finely dressed stones or with Provencal coppery mosaics, or even a large mirror.

The duo treatment room is an ode to serenity. An attention to details has been set up to the wall coverage in relief. It has a shower thus allowing rinsing between each stage of the selected treatment.

Our experience of the Sothys spa at the Tiara Miramar

We have been tempted to try the Thai foot reflexology. This one hour treatment combines pressures on the foot arch and leg massage. It is made with camphor and menthol balm for the tonic effect in order to stimulate the blood circulation. In addition to the relaxing effect, the benefit is the feeling to be lighter, perfect to continue the holidays on the right foot!

The beauticians delivering this treatment have followed a specific training.

After the treatment, we were invited to have a tea in the relaxation room. There, you can find four day beds as well as some teas and dried fruits. The decoration and the Moorish details are enhancing the peaceful atmosphere. It is quite nice to stay there to enjoy the treatment effects before coming back to reality.

Hotel guests also have access to a fitness room, a hammam and a sauna. As within the rest of the spa, you can find there very modern equipment. Those training on the fitness machine will enjoy the garden view.
