Nescens treatments
Nescens is a brand of cosmeceuticals, products at the crossroads between cosmetics and pharmaceutical drugs. These products have been the subject of extensive research to achieve real and lasting effectiveness.
We have chosen to try the de-stressing massage whose objective, as its name suggests, is to reduce stress. The treatment takes place in a cabin with a relaxing atmosphere and soft music. The massage table is very comfortable, slightly heated. Before starting the treatment, a choice of 4 massage oils is offered.
Séverine and Yoann, our practitioners for these treatments, are very professional. The actions are safe and effective. Complete relaxation is achieved without any unnecessary or painful pressure. This treatment begins with a head massage and ends on the back. All areas of the body are treated with great care for optimal relaxation. This treatment is available in 3 lengths : 1h, 1h30 and 2h.
To give you an idea of the level of detail required, practitioners remove their shoes during the treatment to avoid any parasitic noise. We really felt very relaxed after this treatment. This relaxing effect is long-lasting. It is still there several days after the massage.
In addition to the care usually provided in spas, Nescens also has a specific range of health programmes linked to its expertise in this field. Better-Aging programs over 4, 7 or 14 days allow you to have a check-up with a doctor, an osteopath and a nutritionist. Then, every day, his treatments, physical activities and custom meals are delivered. The benefits of these programs : lose weight and fight against cell aging. La Reserve Geneva is a resort located a few minutes from downtown Geneva. You will discover 5 restaurants including a starred Chinese restaurant, the Tse Fung. Located along Lake Geneva, the hotel offers its guests a very complete experience with the Nescens spa but also many other outdoor activities from the sunny days. The hotel’s pontoon allows you to enjoy water sports and to take the boat to reach the centre of Geneva in 10 minutes.
The decoration by Jacques Garcia is inspired by an African lodge with woody shades ranging from black to red. The whole thing is extremely warm. The hotel has 102 rooms and suites spread over two buildings. It is part of Michel Reybier’s La Reserve group, as well as La Reserve Paris and La Reserve Ramatuelle.
