Nous avons ensuite d\u00e9couvert un foie gras maison \u00e0 la rhubarbe et julienne coiff\u00e9 d&rsquo;un parfait triangle de nougatine.<\/p>\n<p>En guise de plats principaux, nous avons savour\u00e9 avec d\u00e9lice un maigre aux quatre cuissons pr\u00e9sentant un coeur fondant accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une papillotte d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards au parmesan et surmont\u00e9e d&rsquo;un couteau aux fruits et fleurs, suivi d&rsquo;un boeuf \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;Armorique\u00a0\u00bb particuli\u00e8rement fondant et audacieusement mari\u00e9 \u00e0 une fine tranche de foie gras po\u00eal\u00e9, d&rsquo;un carpaccio d&rsquo;hu\u00eetre , d&rsquo;une lamelle de truffe et d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse pur\u00e9e de f\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>Pour inviter le dessert avec douceur, nous avons eu l&rsquo;agr\u00e9able et rafra\u00eechissante surprise d&rsquo;une glace de tomate verte sur lit de betteraves et \u00e9minc\u00e9 de mangues. Et pour terminer en beaut\u00e9 ce menu royal, est arriv\u00e9 le dessert incontournable du restaurant : le baba au rhum flamb\u00e9 sous nos yeux ravis, accompagn\u00e9 de sa succulente coupe de cr\u00e8me Chantilly.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, ce Menu D\u00e9gustation nous a enchant\u00e9, tant pour les saveurs propos\u00e9es, que pour le cadre idyllique qu&rsquo;offre le restaurant l&rsquo;Op\u00e9ra et la gentillesse de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du Tiara Mont Royal. Le service est attentionn\u00e9 et souriant, ajoutant ainsi \u00e0 ce moment unique, le sentiment d&rsquo;avoir pass\u00e9 une d\u00e9licieuse soir\u00e9e en cette Vie de Ch\u00e2teau !<\/p>\n<div
